A model non-chronological report / information text on weather, climate and climate zones. There are comprehension / guided reading questions at 4 levels of difficulty on this text. Each question is linked to an assessment focus on the Reading APP grids.
Year 1 dictation sentences. The sentences start off with revision of words that children will have learnt in Reception. Later in the year, the dictation sentences move on to include words for the other graphemes / spelling patterns that children will learn in Year 1 as part of the English national curriculum.
